All players must have a US Lacrosse Membership in order to compete. Led by experienced coaches, we’re committed to pushing the boundaries with progressive practice plans that enhance offensive skills, precise passing, solid defense and seamless transitions.

Registration
STEP ONE: complete REGISTration with ablc
STep TWO: Sign up for us lacrosse membership
We offer convenient rental packages for boys (helmet, arm pads, shoulder pads,) and girls (helmet and stick). Our “Lax Pups” ages 3-6 will continue to enjoy the fundamentals of lacrosse with soft balls, focusing on fun and skill building.
STEP three: lacrosse jersey sold on site

Safety
In our program we have always prioritized safety and well-being of our players and their families.All players must have a current US Lacrosse membership to cover their insurance for participation.
Equipment
Equipment will be needed for all players 8U and older.Equipment can be be found on store site or loaner equipment available upon sign up.
